The store is a treasure trove of offbeat Australian labels, smaller productions and boutique producers as well as rare and aged wine collectibles from all over the globe.

A specialty of the store is its collection of Latin wines including one of the most diverse collections of classic and contemporary Spanish wines combined with select wines from Portugal, Chile and Argentina.

Delicado is renowned for its selection of fortified wines from Jerez, Madeira and Oporto as well as benchmark local Australian wines.

Co-owner Ben Moechtar is a Len Evans Scholar and dux of the inaugural (2008) Certified Sommelier examinations of the Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as a long standing representative of Sommeliers Australia.
